At Magma Networks, our leadership is built on a strong technical foundation and a lifelong passion for technology, infrastructure, system design, and problem solving.
Founder and CEO Helder Luis brings over 15 years of hands-on experience in troubleshooting and system design across complex automotive and electronic systems, including digital electronics, networking, electrical and high-voltage electrical systems, security systems, WiFi and Bluetooth communications, sensors, actuators, credential systems, firmware diagnostics, electronic PCB repair, and integrated audio/video technologies.
This multidisciplinary background has developed a deep understanding of how modern systems communicate, integrate, and perform together allowing projects to be approached not only from a deployment perspective, but from a design and infrastructure standpoint focused on long-term reliability, scalability, and performance.
In addition, Helder brings over 5 years of experience within the security and infrastructure industry, specializing in the deployment, integration, and management. His background includes leadership roles as Project Manager and Lead Technician, overseeing projects from design and planning to deployment, commissioning, troubleshooting, and long-term support.
Throughout his career, Helder has contributed to a variety of high-profile commercial and retail projects, including Tiffany & Co., Arc’teryx, Alo Yoga at Yorkdale Shopping Centre, as well as Young Davenport Pet Hospital, among others. These projects demanded a high level of professionalism, precision, coordination, technical execution, and system reliability within fast-paced and detail-oriented environments.
Driven by continuous learning and professional development, Helder has pursued industry-recognized training and certifications in networking, wireless infrastructure, routing, switching, cybersecurity, and structured cabling standards, with a strong specialization in the UniFi ecosystem by Ubiquiti.
Through Magma Networks, his vision is to create intentionally engineered environments where technology, infrastructure, and integration come together seamlessly delivering reliable, scalable, and professionally designed solutions built around the way people live, work, and connect.
